Do you have a real store?
Yes. Our storefront is at 5359 Timberlea Blvd, Unit 29, Mississauga. Walk in during business hours, no appointment needed. We also have other drop-off locations and mail-in across Canada.
How does inspection affect my final offer?
We check your device as soon as we receive it. If it matches the details you provided, your quoted offer applies. If anything is different, we'll walk you through the revised offer before you sell, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Can my device still be under contract or financing?
No. Your phone must be fully paid off. We don't buy phones with outstanding financing or an unpaid device balance. Having an active mobile plan is fine; that's different from owing money on the phone itself.
What should I bring with my device?
If you're selling a phone, bring proof of purchase. If it was financed, bring proof it's fully paid off. The original box and charger are welcome but optional.
Do you buy blacklisted devices?
No. We don't buy devices that are blacklisted, reported lost or stolen, or blocked by a carrier.
Do you buy iCloud-locked or account-locked devices?
No. Your device must be signed out of iCloud, Google or Samsung accounts, with Find My, Activation Lock and Factory Reset Protection turned off.
Who is responsible for removing an eSIM before I sell?
You are, in every case. Remove any eSIM from your device before you sell it, including on brand-new or sealed devices. We can't be responsible for an eSIM or plan still attached after the sale.
Do you buy broken or damaged devices?
Yes. We buy cracked, damaged and dead devices. Choose the condition that matches yours when you get your quote.
How do I get paid?
You can get paid by cash, e-Transfer or PayPal.
Can I sell if I'm not near Mississauga?
Yes. Use one of our drop-off locations, or mail your device in from anywhere in Canada.
